Seneca is a Madison local, second generation tattoo artist and a dedicated father. He’s been perfecting his craft for nearly 20 years and creates timeless, custom designs for his clients.
He’s fast, friendly and able to work around any schedule. He will be available for walk-ins, but also keeps a regular clientele that is mostly focused on large scale Tattoo work.
